Karen Preddy

Hi welcome to Kick It To the Kerb Personal Training. My name is Karen Preddy and I am hoping to encourage yourself and others to reach their own goals in the topic of fitness. I am a personal trainer who comes to your location and is based in Helensburgh NSW. My sessions are one on one with you guys.

How long have I been a personal trainer for?

In 2010 I registered to become a qualified personal trainer ,got my certificates and studied at Institute of Fitness to get a better understanding of the fitness topic and give the best advice and training to my clients, during that time I also applied for a first aid course as well. In 2012 I started to open my business that started out small but is continuing to grow each day. 


In 2016 due to being pregnant I sadly had to say goodbye to personal training, but around 2 years later I reopened and have been opened ever since.
 

Goals as being your trainer!

My goal as being a personal trainer is to make you reach your dreams while making you feel like you are achieving more and more each session I train you. Reaching weight limits that you thought you would never be  :) 


One of my clients Sarah has been with training with me since 2014 and has lost around 40kg and is still continuing to tone and loose weight today.  


Situations like this make me love being a personal trainer, and make me keep being a person who makes peoples dreams come true.
